Privacy Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2026 | Last Updated: October 25, 2026
1. Introduction
ZYVANTA PRIVATE LIMITED ("ZYVANTA", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data of our users ("you" or "your"). This Privacy Policy applies to our website (zyvanta.online), our AI dubbing and localization platform, our APIs, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").
Please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your choice is not to use our Services.
2. Information We Collect
We collect several types of information from and about users of our Services, including:
- Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, password, company name, and related contact details.
- Billing Information: If you purchase a subscription, our third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe) collect your payment method details and billing address. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
- User Content: Audio files, video files, scripts, and text you upload, generate, or transmit through the Services.
- Technical & Usage Data: IP addresses, browser types, operating systems, referring URLs, device identifiers, and data regarding your interaction with our platform.
- Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our Services and hold certain information to improve your user experience.
3. Voice & Biometric Data Handling
Because our core technology involves generative audio and visual syncing (LipGAN), we handle data that may be classified as biometric in certain jurisdictions.
- Voice Cloning: When you use our Zero-Shot Voice Cloning feature, we extract acoustic features (timbre, pitch, cadence) to create a "Voiceprint" or digital twin.
- No Perpetual License: ZYVANTA claims no ownership over your original voice data. Your digital Voiceprint is yours.
- Opt-In for Training: By default, your uploaded audio, video, and Voiceprints are NOT used to train our foundational models. You must explicitly opt-in if you wish to contribute to our research.
- Safeguards: We employ multi-factor consent verification to ensure you have the rights to clone a voice, actively preventing deepfakes and unauthorized impersonation.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us:
- To present our Services and their contents to you.
- To provide the core AI video translation, lip-sync, and dubbing functionality.
- To process your transactions and manage your account.
- To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us (including billing and collection).
- To improve our proprietary phoneme-viseme alignment models (only using anonymized usage metrics, not your raw media unless explicitly opted-in).
- To notify you about changes to our Services, APIs, or policies.
- To prevent fraud, misuse of generative AI, and ensure Trust & Safety compliance.
6. Data Retention & Security
We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. Our infrastructure is SOC2 Type II compliant.
- Rolling 30-Day Retention: By default, input files and output assets processed through our standard APIs are automatically purged from our active processing servers after 30 days.
- User Deletion: You may delete assets manually from your dashboard at any time. Upon deletion, data is subjected to cryptographic erasure (NIST 800-88 standard), rendering it unrecoverable.
- Security Measures: Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3).
7. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location (such as the EEA, UK, California, or India under the DPDP Act), you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including:
- The right to access, update, or delete the information we have on you.
- The right of rectification if your information is inaccurate or incomplete.
- The right to object to our processing of your personal data.
- The right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal information.
- The right to data portability.
- The right to withdraw consent at any time where ZYVANTA relied on your consent to process your personal information.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact our Data Protection Officer at the email provided below.
